Amber Nova - Global Force Wrestling

This beautiful young lady is female wrestler Amber Nova.
Amber currently works for Global Force Wrestling (Impact Wrestling, TNA Wrestling, etc), but she has also worked for Championship Wrestling Entertainment (CWE) and a few others.
She stands five foot four, weighs 101 pounds and was trained by Chasyn Rance and Aaron Epic.
Amber was born on November 2, 1991, in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina and made her wrestling debut in 2016.
It may just be me, but she reminds me a LOT of Trisa Laughlin aka Beulah McGillicutty from ECW.

Is AJ Gonna Be The Next Lita?

We all know that now retired WWE Diva AJ Lee (Brooks) idolized Lita.
But now that she is gone, will she join the ranks of her idol Lita and Trish Stratus as Divas that we wished never left the WWE?
Quite possibly.
Celeste "Kaitlyn" Bonin (Bodiez) recently said in an interview....
"AJ has this weird ability to accomplish anything that she visualizes. So when she worked her way up to the top, she stayed up there. No one has been like her, and no one will ever be like her."
The fans loved her and still do.
We dont know for sure what she will be doing in the future, but the fans miss her already.

Charlotte vs Sasha Banks - NXT

Well I have tried to keep the focus of this blog on TNA Impact wrestling and the TNA Knockouts, but boy it is hard.
They are just not giving me much to work with at all.

So to supplement the posts here, I am gonna start adding back in some WWE Divas, but I am gonna try to stay with NXT here.
To me the best thing is NXT, well there are several things actually, but the main one this time is the feud between NXT Women's Champion Charlotte and "The Boss of NXT" Sasha Banks.

Besides being a battle between former BFFs, this has turned into quite a "ground war" with submission moves and holds galore.
And truthfully, some of the NXT Divas matches are way better than the WWE Divas.

So Far Sasha hasn't been able to score a win over Charlotte and take the title.
But give her time.

The champion has to win every time.
The challenger only has to win once.

Gail Kim in FLEX Magazine

Well I guess this evens things out.
WWE Diva Eva Marie did a shoot for Iron Man magazine, so TNA Knockout Gail Kim did one for FLEX.
I guess that balances out.
Except for the fact that Gail can wrestle circles around Eva.
With one hand tied behind her back.
Blindfolded.

Havok in TNA

Jessicka Havok (whose career I have followed for quite a while) has shown up in TNA as Havok.
I really hope that they don't pull an Alpha Female and just use her for a few shows.
Jessicka is a welcome addition.

Rebel - TNA Knockouts

The newest TNA Knockout is "Rebel" from The Menagerie.
Rebel is really a former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader, Tanea Brooks.
Tanea is a longtime friend of current TNA Knockout Christy Hemme.
They were both in the dance group "Purrfect Angelz" before Christy started wrestling.

Tanea appeared on the Full Throttle Saloon TV series and in the Trace Adkins' "Honkey Tonk Badonkadonk" and in the Brooks and Dunn "Play Something County" music videos.

She has been training with Ohio Valley Wrestling but I'm guessing that her character Rebel will be more of a manager/valet.
And in case you didn't notice, she is kinda flexible...

Gail Kim vs Shanna aka Portugals Perfect Athlete - TNA Xplosion

On TNA Xplosion, two of the hottest women in wrestling today (well...in my opinion) Gail Kim and Portugal's Perfect Athlete Shanna face off.
Of course my love of Gail Kim is pretty well know.
Okay...admiration...love sounds too stalkerish, and I am really taken by Shanna as well.

So to me this was a potentially great match-up.
And it was decent.

You had the Gail Kim smack talk at the beginning followed by Shanna taking the advantage.
(Did anybody else think Shanna was dressed like WWE era Victoria?)

But then of course Gail started to work on the leg and you knew what was gonna happen.

Help Us Gail Kim...You're Our Only Hope!

Well maybe not the "only" hope (there is another...LOL), but Gail Kim is the one constant the TNA Knockout division has.
Her resume is quite impressive....
She's been wrestling for 13 years.
A year after her debut she won the Apocalypse Wrestling Federation Diva of the Year award.
She won the Funkin' Conservatory FC Women's Championship.

She has held the WWE Women's Championship (the real one, not the stupid "Butterfly Belt".
Gail has held the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship, the TNA Women's Knockout Championship three times, she was the Knockout of the Year in 2007, and in 2013, she was crowned the "Queen of the Knockouts" after beating Hannah Blossom, Jackie Moore, Lei'D Tapa, Mickie James, Velvet Sky, Miss Tessmacher, ODB and Tara.
And in 2012, Pro Wrestling Illustrated named her #1 on their of the best 50 female singles wrestlers, the PWI Female 50.
After losing Mickie James and Tara...TNA best hold onto Gail.

Taeler Hendrix - TNA Knockout

TNA Knockout Taeler Hendrix really should be on Impact more.
Okay I know that technically she's not an actual Knockout because she's still in the Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) developmental territory and the only times we get to see her on TNA is when she's fighting Tara.
But just look at her.....

And she actually has in-ring ability evidenced by the fact that she held the OVW Women's Championship for 203 days straight (with a combined total of 309+ days).
Plus she gives TNA the edge over WWE because they have three redheads on the payroll!
