Brooke Has Returned to TNA

Yes Brooke Adams aka Brooke aka Brooke Tessmacher aka Miss Tessmacher has returned to TNA.
As you may know, she gave birth to a boy named Jace on September 3, 2016, but she's back wrestling now.
Brooke returned on January 7, 2017, during the taping of the January 19 episode of Impact Wrestling, and defeated Deonna Purrazzo.
After the match, she was attacked by Sienna and on the January 8, 2017 television taping, Brooke had a 1-on-1 match with Sienna which she lost.

WWE NXT - Daria Berenato, Billie Kay and Peyton Royce

Daria Berenato, Billie Kay and Peyton Royce at the NXT TakeOver: Toronto event before the six-women tag team match.
It was taped and aired for the November 23rd episode of NXT.
They were defeated by Aliyah, Ember Moon and Liv Morgan.

On October 12th, 2016, Billie Kay (Jessie McKay) defeated Liv Morgan on NXT.
Yeah Billie got a little help from her BFF Peyton Royce.
But hey, I have been following Billie's career since 2007 so I'd be happy to see her get a push.

Asuka vs Bayley - WWE NXT Takeover Brooklyn 2

At NXT Takeover Brooklyn 2 Asuka defended her NXT Women's Championship against Bayley.
One of the many high points in the match was when Bayley fought out of the Asuka Lock, a hold that cost her the NXT Women's Championship in the first place when she passed out in it at NXT Takeover: Dallas.
Bayley gave Asuka the Bayley to Belly Suplex for a near pin fall, but Asuka executed a Spin Kick on Bayley and pinned her to retain the title.
After the 14 minute match (Yes...a WWE Diva match that went 14 minutes) both women were given a standing ovation.

NXT - Asuka vs Billie Kay

Not a lot going on with TNA at the moment, except the rumor that Velvet Sky may be defecting to the WWE, so let's look at the NXT match with Asuka (Japanese wrestler Kana) ve Billie Kay (Shimmer star Jessica McKay).
After all, if things keep going the way they are, I may have to turn this blog into NXT instead of TNA.

Velvet Sky Comes Back To The TNA Knockouts

After nearly five months away (has it been that long?) Velvet came back and said that 2013 would be "the year of Velvet Sky as Knockouts champion."

Jennifer Grattan is a Canadian female pro wrestler best known under the stage name Portia Perez. She debuted in 2004 after training with the Universal Wrestling Alliance in Ottawa, Ontario. She later moved on to work primarily in American independent promotions and now wrestles in Europe, Mexico and many companies in North America.


Portia Perez made her professional wrestling debut in summer 2004 for Professional Wrestling Entertainment. While still in high school, Portia took bookings with many companies in Quebec and Ontario, including the promotion she trained with: Universal Wrestling Alliance. In 2005, Perez began accepting bookings in the United States, making her US debut for Cleveland All Pro Wrestling. She also competed for several other American companies, such as Heartland Wrestling Association in Cincinnati, Ohio, and IWA East Coast in Charleston, West Virginia.


In January 2006, Portia took part in her first international tour, spending four weeks in Ireland's Irish Whip Wrestling and England's All Star Wrestling. After returning to Canada, she continued to perform in many Canadian and American companies, including debuting for SHIMMER Women Athletes in May 2006.


Perez made her Mexican wrestling debut in June 2006 as a masked competitor named Xtasis. She spent three weeks competing for Lucha Libre Feminil as well as appearing for AAA.


Portia returned to Europe in November 2006, touring again with Ireland's Irish Whip Wrestling. During her trip, Perez took part in the Queens of Chaos 2 tournament in Paris, France, and also debuted for Real Quality Wrestling in London's York Hall, challenging RQW Women's Champion "Jezebel" Eden Black.
