Michelle McCool - Former WWE Diva

One of the hottest WWE Divas ever, Michelle McCool was born on January 25, 1980 in Palatka, Florida.

She is a female professional wrestler who worked for the WWE on their SmackDown brand, where she was the very first WWE Divas Champion.
Before Michelle got into wrestling, she was a seventh grade teacher in Palatka, Florida.
Michelle started out with the WWE back in 2004 WWE Diva Search. She didn't win, as a matter of fact, she was the fourth woman eliminated.

Regardless, the WWE signed her to a three-year contract in November 2004. She went to Smackdown and was first seen helping Rey Mysterio "stretch out" before a match as a personal trainer.

The WWE sent her down to their developmental wrestling facility, Deep South Wrestling (DSW), for training. There she wrestled, performed interviews, hosted segments, and provided commentary on matches. Her first feud in DSW was against Angel Williams (current TNA Knockout Angelina Love) .
Michelle moved from DSW to Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW). While she was in OVW, she began managing the duo of Amish Roadkill (former ECW star Roadkill) and K.C. James.
She finally was moved up from OVW back to Smackdown and began her " hot teacher" gimmick. Slightly disturbing considering she had actually been a seventh grade teacher.
Michelle turned heel and started teaming up with Kristal to start a feud with (then-face), Jillian Hall and Ashley Massaro.

On November 28th, Michelle was hospitalized with an enlarged kidney, a broken sternum, and an electrolyte imbalance. This was the second time she had been medically sidelined, the first was back in DSW when she was hospitalized after taking prescribed medication.
She returned to the WWE on March 30, 2007, taking part in a 10-Diva Tag Team match on Smackdown. After the match, Michelle did a face turn coming to the aid of Ashley who was begin attacked by her former partner and now heel Jillian Hall.
Michelle began a storyline with Chuck Palumbo and Jamie Noble and after that storyline ended, the matches began to decide the first WWE Divas Champion.

She competed against Victoria, Eve Torres, Maryse and Cherry in a series of matches and came out on top.
Then At The Great American Bash on July 20, 2008, Michelle defeated Natalya to become the first WWE Divas Champion.
This made Michelle the second Diva Search contestant to win a WWE title. ( Candice Michelle was the first).
Considering her lean muscular look, this 5' 10" lady could have been a model or fitness competitor, but instead she chose wrestling.
Michelle is about to debut a new finisher since WWE management decided that her old finisher "Wings of Love" was too rough on the other divas.
Michelle lost her WWE Diva's Title to Maryse.

That signaled her "Heel Turn" and she went on a spree defeating Eve Torres, Gail Kim and Melina, WWE Women's Championship.
She teamed up with Layla El, creating the WWE's version of TNA's The Beautiful People, Lay-Cool.
Michelle was named the Pro Wrestling Illustrated (PWI) number one female wrestler of 2010.
And she won two "Slammys" in 2010, the Slammy Award for Diva of the Year and the Slammy Award for Knucklehead Moment of the Year.
Of course this winning streak and all of the accolades has nothing to do with her dating and marrying the Undertaker.
Right?

2011 didn't start out too well for Michelle as at WrestleMania XXVII on April 3, 2011, Michelle, Layla and Dolph Ziggler took on The Jersey Shore's Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Trish Stratus, and John Morrison in a 6-person mixed tag team match.
Michelle lost the match for her team, being the one pinned....by Snooki.
Then Layla and Michelle had a falling out and started a feud which ended in a Loser Leaves WWE match which Michelle lost at Extreme Rules.
She also became the first Diva to taste the wrath of the debuting Kharma after losing that match.

Although she left the WWE in 2011, Michelle was at WrestleMania 33 and 34 in April 2017 and 2018 to support her husband The Undertaker.
Then on January 22, 2018, she was honored as part of a segment involving women that contributed to the company's success on the WWE Raw 25 Years special episode.
The week after that, she was a surprise entrant in the inaugural women's Royal Rumble match at the 2018 Royal Rumble, scoring the most eliminations in the match at five before being eliminated by Natalya.
