TNA's No Surrender Tonight - The Knockouts

On TNA's No Surrender PPV Tonight there will be two Knockout matches.

Well kinda.

First, ODB will be taking on Cody Deaner in a match for the TNA Knockouts Championship.
::sigh::
TNA, please don't let me down and further disrespect ODB.
Don't turn the TNA Knockouts Championship into a farce.
In case you hadn't guessed, I am one of the people not amused with the Cody Deaner antics.
I would hate to see TNA turn the widely praised and well regarded Knockouts division into a sideshow.

The second bout is The Beautiful People (Velvet Sky and Madison Rayne) going up against Taylor Wilde and Sarita.
See?
I praised you for bringing in the Womens Tag Team titles.
I'm gonna have to go with Taylor Wilde and Sarita for the win, and that would allow TNA to rebuild The Beautiful People's rep.

Speaking of The Beautiful People, I reported on my other blog that Angelina Love would be wrestling Brooke Carter at the Live Pro Wrestling event on Sunday, October 25th.
This isn't gonna happen.
Instead, TNA Knockout Velvet Sky will be stepping in to replace Angelina.

Female Wrestling Updates - Sept 12th

The WWE Divas arent having a real good time right now what with Mickie James' ruptured breast implant and Michelle McCool's injured knee.

And you can add to the WWE Diva's distress, Kelly Kelly is working with an injured knee.

Pretty soon the top contenders will be the ones that aren't injured.

I imagine you have heard the rumors that World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk is dating former WWE Diva Amy "Lita" Dumas.
Well the UK Sun has pretty much confirmed that.

On SmackDown! Friday night, Layla beat Melina with a little outside help from Michelle McCool and a crutch.

And on WWE Superstars, Nikki Bella defeated Katie Lea Burchill with a little outside help from her sister Brie.
Okay, a lot of outside help, Brie was the one that actually pinned Katie.

No More Angelina Love in TNA?

Wow.
Former TNA Knockout champion and member of The Beautiful People, Angelina Love, has been released from TNA Wrestling.
Yes Angelina was released.
No more "Beautiful People"?
What about the TNA Knockout Tag Team Championship?

It appears that she was released because of problems with her work visa, Angelina being Canadian and all.
So what's next?
Get the issues straightened out and go back to TNA?
That can take a lot of time.
And despite the fact that we are on fairly good terms with our neighbors to the north, an expired work visa (two years expired according to some sources) you can still get deported.
Go to ::shudder:: the WWE?
(Look how well they have done with fellow Canadian Gail Kim...LOL)
Reboot The Beautiful People without her?
We'll just have to wait and see.
Let's hope this is resolved favorably soon.

It looks like Playboy has decided to dump Traci Brooks cover shot.
Her photos will be released online to members.
I wonder how this will affect their future relations with TNA?
Probably baddly because now Playboy wants to distance itself from pro wrestling.

This week on WWE SmackDown!, Layla and Natalya will be taking on Maria and Eve.

Okay TNA, for the last time....Cody Deaner is a MALE wrestler.
Get him out of the female division.
He should not be wrestling Tara or Alissa Flash.
I appreciate that you give the Knockouts WAY more air time than WWE gives the Divas, I really do.
Now just do this one thing for me okay?
